Cancellation Policy: If you need cancel, all orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time with $7 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after this time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value. No-shows or less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time cancellation will be charged the full amount of the order. 

Changes to orders, including additions or modifications, must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.

 

This policy means that customers must cancel orders at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.

If they cancel after that time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value. If the customer doesn't show up to pick up the order on pick up day, they will be charged the full amount of the order.

Due to our product is handmade and perishable, We are not accept returns. All sales are final.
